Arrival
Please arrive at your booked time. Table holds and late arrivals are covered in full in the booking policy.
Groups of six or more
Larger parties have their own arrangements, including pre-orders and set menus. See the group booking section of the policy, or call us.
Deposits & cancellations
Some booking types take a deposit, which comes off your final bill. Amounts and notice periods are listed by booking type in the policy.
Special requests
Tell us when you book if you need a high chair, wheelchair access, or anything else — including allergies — and we will do our best to prepare.
Private events
Hiring the venue, or booking a party too large for a table? That is a private hire enquiry rather than a reservation.
